LITCHFIELD NP - KATHERINE - DUNMARRA

Left Litchfield on Saturday 22nd and drove to Katherine.   We stayed in Riverview Caravan Park again as the weather was so hot and we needed our aircon.   We are also having trouble with our car fridge and wanted someone to look at it in Katherine.    We did not do anything exciting in Katherine this time but we did eventually get the Evakool agent to fix our fridge.
We left Katherine on Wednesday morning and headed down the Sturt Highway to a small caravan park behind a service station in Dunmarra.   This park was recommended by a few people we had met in Katherine.   It turned out to be quite run down with little work down around the place.   It was nice and shady, had reasonable toilets and showers, and a pool.   You could get meals in the service station and it also had a small bar and was very busy with roadtrains stopping for food and fuel.   Once again we were having the same trouble with our Evakool fridge which was disapointing as we thought it was fixed.    We will now have to leave it until Mount Isa and try again to have it looked at.
We left Dunmarra on Saturday morning and headed to Tennant Creek.
